Rubarb Pie Galore!

Rubarb is our new favorite kind of pie. I found the best pie crust recipe (I'll share it) and I make a trip to Central Market to get the biggest and the best rubard. All you do is cut it up and let it sit and dump it into the crust.

I made this huge pie when Adam came to visit. He got a piece on his way out the door to catch his flight home. I hope he will linger for some more and come back to visit us.
