This is the turtle that Rachel, Josh and I saw on our nature walk on the Mineral Wells Trailways.We also saw some rabbits, birds and a dragonflytoo.
Here is Thomalee and Adam after their run on the trail. Heidi was doing her thing, getting in a run before her event in Utah. Grandpa was on his bike.
This is a view when you are on the trail. In the background are cows and natural gas tanks. The train passes close by so you get to hear the whistle. It is a wonderful trail!
Another nice view from the trail. Lots of green and trees. Notice the absence of mountains. We're pretty use to that now. We like the wide open spaces you find in Texas. Dad and I enjoyed sharing this special place with our visiting family. You'all come back and we'll go again.

Running the trail is always a highlight of our visit. And thanks for supplying all that oxygen! I felt like I could run forever.
