Sunday was another great day. After church we ate homemade soup and bread. Dad took a nap in the van. Jackson and Michelle played together. We also watched the Christmas Devotional, one of Mom's favorite things to do. So nice to still have family hanging around.

It was so fun to pick out some cute outfits for Shelby. She wore the red and black one to church. I got to hold her while she slept in my arms. It was such a precious moment for me. Babies truly are God's gift to us all. Thanks for the gift of Shelby on my birthday.
We are so thankful that Nathan and Shelby came to be with us. They left on Sunday evening.Michelle and Heidi left on Monday morning. Adam flew out on Saturday evening. Christy took the train back to college on Saturday afternoon.
Grandma's lap looks full with Colin, Shelby and Jackson . Ethan, Rachel and Joshua, Caleb, Wyatt and Zane were in my thoughts. We love and miss you all.

Sudnay night we ate this wonderful pie Jamie made for me. Days before she made this pie she had completely cleaned my house, decorated my Christmas tree. Thanks for all you help Jamie.

I'm so happy you loved the surprise of Shelby being there to celebrate your twin birthdays. I'm so happy that you do share birthdays, it's very special, you'll always have that close bond with her.
