Dinner with the Brothers and Sisters

We invited Dad's brothers, Larry and Allen to come and see us at our campsite.
Here's a nice brother and his little sorry younger sister. Nicole joined us by phone. She and Shelby were driving back from Idaho.

Mom and Dad eating the last of Mom's rubard pie cooked in the dutch oven and Uncle Allen's peach cobbler he made special for all of us.
We didn't expect to see Diane and Allen, but they surprised us. We're glad they came.

These are the careful cooks checking out the coals for my rubard pie. Thanks for your attention to the pie. It was delicious and perfectly baked.

Dad's younger brother Allen. He skipped the burgers and ate turkey hotdogs. You notice he is the slimmest of us old folks.

Roseanne and Larry eating peach cobbler. Larry is the oldest Abraham. I guess he is 70.

Just thought you'd like to see the pot of cobbler Uncle Alan cooked for us.

A happy bunch! It got so dark and everyone just kept eating and talking. It was good to see them all. They all love their brother Michael.
