We made plans to meet at Heber to ride the train which departs on a schedule. I liked this cute train in the yard.
Dad waiting outside the depot for Heidi and Christy, Nathan, Nicole, Ethan and Shelby. They all arrived minutes before the train pulled out. Does Dad look a little anxious?
Little Ethan fell asleep in the car and rode part of the way in this position.
Shelby was such a little doll! She's checking Grandpa out.
We did ride the Heber Creeper, but is was the open air version and it went up to a resevior and back. It was a scenic ride and pleasant to be outside.

We enjoyed our visit on the train with Nathan, Nicole, Ethan and Shelby.

We gathered afterwards in this BBQ place in Heber. The sign said "Texas BBQ", so we decided to find out for sure. The cook was from Benbrook, Texas and he did know how to make good Texas BBQ. All this fun in just a few hours in Heber City, Utah in June 2009.
